At Drool by Dr. Chris Brown, we want you and your pet to love every purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unworn fashion and accessories. All items must be returned in their original packaging with tags attached to ensure a smooth refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the unused items back into their original packaging, ensuring all protective layers and tags remain intact for quality inspection.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
